Therapeutic Creative Writing and Storytelling Workshops for Carers

Our popular creative writing workshops is back in October.

Led by award-winning writer Karen McKnight, these workshops offer a unique opportunity to explore various writing styles, including freewriting, poetry, memoir, and fiction. With Karen’s lived experience as a carer and her years of helping individuals and groups find their voice through writing, participants will develop creative self-expression, storytelling skills, and foster supportive peer connections.
