Where are your centres located?
We provide services across 13 locations in the Inner East of Melbourne. See a list of our locations on the Contact page.
Our four main clinics are located in:
- Ashburton
- Doncaster East
- Hawthorn
- Richmond
Our eight other sites provide a number of other community services. They are:
- Biala-Stride Box Hill
- Biala-Stride Lower Templestowe
- headspace Hawthorn
- Hawthorn Community House – Henry Street
- Hawthorn Community House – Glenferrie Road
- Hawthorn Community House – Occasional Childcare Williams Street
- MC2 Mannignham City Square
- Manningham Men’s Shed
- Greythorn Community Hub
Several services also offer in home appointments across the Cities of Yarra, Boroondara, Manningham and Inner East Melbourne.
How long are wait times for your services?
Some of our services provide on the day appointments. We try to provide reasonable wait times for each of our services and they tend to vary from 1-4 weeks. Your wait time will vary depending on the service and your circumstances.
In order to better plan for your visits, you can book an appointment online.

What are your opening hours?
Our opening hours vary across different locations. The majority of our locations are open from 9am to 5pm weekdays, with some earlier and after-hour and weekend appointments available.

How can I make an appointment?
It is easy to make an appointment online or to call us on 03 9810 3000.
Alternatively, you can email our intake team via intake@accesshc.org.au and we will get back in contact.
The team will be able to answer any enquiries you have and provide information on eligibility and fees.
Are your locations close to public transport?
Yes, all of our sites are close to public transport.

Is there parking available?
Yes, the majority of our sites offer either on-site or nearby street parking.

What is your privacy policy?
The information we collect helps us to keep up-to-date details about your health needs, so we can best support you.
When there are a number of our services providing care for you, we may communicate and share your information across our services. We seek your permission to share your information externally.
You can decide not to share some of your information. However, this may affect the level and type of care we offer you.
Access Health and Community follows Australian privacy laws. We take care to ensure your information is secure. Your health record is stored on a secure database that is password protected. You have the right to access your information and ask for it to be corrected if necessary. Please contact our Privacy Officer on 03 9810 3000 or email us at privacy@accesshc.org.au to do this.
