The Unique class series with Nicole Coxford offers a vibrant tapestry of practices to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. From the soothing sounds of sound healing to the ancient wisdom of Buddhist teachings, you’ll discover tools and techniques to blossom into your most radiant self. 1. The Seed Within –  Reflection activity and mindfulness meditations.
2. Nurturing roots – Reiki and art activity.
3. Nourishing soil – Essential oil activity and reflection.
4. Facing the storms – Art activity and reflection.
5. Spring into spring – Mindfulness meditation and art activity.
6. Blooming radiantly – Bath radiance meditation and gift making activity.

Every second Saturday morning, 10:00am-12:00pm (Morning tea included)
